BACKGROUND:
Born in 1958, Maciej graduated from the school of artistic crafts in
jelenia gora. from 1976 to 1985 he worked as a crystal grinder and
afterwards a trade instructor. From 1985 to 1991 he engaged in craft
workshops, designing and making engraved applied art glass pieces.
Since 1992 he has taken up work with unique glass objects. Since
1995 he has been working at the academy of fine arts in wroclaw as a
technical worker - glass engraver and is now currently a workshop head
master in the glass department.
